Omar was extremely professional, patient, extremely helpful, very nice, positive person which gave the atmosphere a positive environment. I definitely walked out with a huge smile on my face. Omar worked his magic and sent us home with just what we wanted. He searched thru the110° back lot and found the beautiful gun metal Grey 2026 Nissan Rogue that was exactly what we were looking for. He worked with sales manager to negotiate a bottom line that was agreeable to both parties. Omar is friendly, courteous and an asset to the Avondale Nissan sales team.

Had a great experience getting my oil changed! Michelle Gonzales was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She made sure everything was taken care of and made the whole process quick and easy. I came in for an oil change and your technician noticed that the previous dealership that replaced my struts didn't tighten things down correctly on one side and forgot a bolt on the other side. I can't not begin to explain the gratitude I have for this place. I had some work done to my car at another shop. They royally messed up vehicle. I took it to another shop and I wasn't having any better luck. My car has been down pretty much since 05/01/26. I have been belittled, spent massive amounts of money and I really didn't know what else I could do. Jason from the parts dept saw that I kept coming in for parts because the previous mechanic stated I needed those parts to fix my car. He didn't have to be empathetic at all but he was. He asked me what was going on with my car. He got a team to come together within minutes to help me. I was then introduced to Mike & Jordan. I wasn't belittled or treated less than by any of them. Not once did I feel like my voice wasn't being heard and they never acted like I was crazy. They fixed my car in 1 day and didn't try to rob me of more money. Its a nice place. But we are still having issues. Our car is going back for a third time for the same issue.

I went in just to take a look at what’s out there (I had a 2019 Nissan Altima SL) and left with a beautiful brand new 2026 Nissan Sentra SL. Desirae was super friendly and kept me and my uncle hydrated during our visit.
