I’m very disappointed with my overall experience purchasing a car here. I do want to mention that the gentleman who sold me the car was very nice and pleasant to work with, and I have no complaints about him personally. However, there were some major issues with the purchase. First, the car ended up being almost $10,000 more than the price I originally saw online, which was a pretty shocking difference and something I wish had been made much clearer upfront. On top of that, the car was advertised/sold to me with the upgraded speaker system, but after purchasing it I discovered that 5 out of the 9 speakers are not working. I contacted the dealership to ask about getting the issue looked at, and I was told it would cost $275 just to have it inspected. I’m not completely sure that was the exact amount quoted because the person I spoke with on the phone was difficult to hear and understand, but I was still very disappointed that I may have to pay just to have an issue with a feature that was already in the vehicle when it was sold to me. I understand that buying a used car comes with some risk, but I expected the dealership to stand behind what they sold me, especially when it involves equipment that was advertised as part of the vehicle. Overall, I feel like I paid significantly more than expected and was left to deal with problems almost immediately after the purchase. The salesperson was genuinely nice, but unfortunately, the issues with the pricing and condition of the vehicle have made this a disappointing experience.

Was told by firestone that I needed new shocks and struts and that it would be $2,200. I went to this location and during their inspection they found nothing wrong with either the shocks nor the struts. Beyond that they price matched services from firestone as to not lose any business. Overall just great customer service and they were very timely with my regular maintenance that I got that day as well. (Also, the technician that provided this great service was Jordan)

Mostly we dealt with AJ, our sales person. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase experience, which we were. From the day we walked into the dealership until the day we drove our car home he was great to work with. (Our car was in transit so we waited a couple of weeks for it to arrive.) We had lots of questions and he answered them all. He did an excellent job of introducing us to the many advanced features of the car as we were basically clueless about many of them. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work with than AJ. We also met and worked with Julio, one of the managers who dealt with the upfront purchase/trade-in side of things as well as some of the incentives available at the time of our purchase. We thought Julio did his best for us and we were pleased with the “out the door” package we were given. We recommend Avondale Nissan.

The service is prompt. I am notified by text how the work is going on my car. I am never pressured into getting work done I’m not prepared to do. The service people are very courteous and professional.
