I'm never disappointed when I'm at Avondale Nissan they take very good care of their customers

Unfortunately quality of service has declined. I called the manager of the service department, left a message, and still haven't heard back from them.

I rarely write reviews, but this dealership is top notch. Purchasing a vehicle is a daunting process, but let me tell you, Garrick makes hours feel like minutes. I had my younger daughter with me which I thought would be a hassle, but he made us both feel so welcome and comfortable. When the time came to sign paperwork, he offered my daughter snacks, and directed her to a cute little kid zone they have set up with movies and an art table. Wonderful experience. My Service Advisor, Kyle Kreuzigar, was friendly, a good communicator and customer-oriented, and ensured that I was a satisfied with all of the service work that was done. He reviewed the invoice with me and any future service work that would be required. He arranged for a ride home and for a pickup when the service work was completed. I will definitely ask for Kyle as my Service Advisor next time I bring my vehicle in for service work.
