Have a 2025 Nissan Frontier Pro4X. Made an appointment about a seatbelt sensor issue I have been dealing with. Come in and Blair Hummel is my "representative". Who doesn't want to hear anything about the issue. Just says "gotta do a full diagnostics". Uh Ok. As I am checking in. The "valet" starts my car and just lets it sit there running. So as I am walking out I ask why is my car just sitting there running at $4.00 a gallon?? He immediately goes and turns it off. A few minutes later I see Blair and someone else looking at my car. So I go back and try to talk to him about what is actually going on and what I have done. Well Blair just kept talking over me. Not listening to a single thing. I leave and call the Dealership who I had been working with and bought the car from. And I tell them "I Bet they are going to say its the dog bed." Less than a minute later Blair calls and says "Its the dog bed." So I drive back. Blair and I go out to the car and he starts the car. I open the back seat and he's like what are you doing that for? Um Thats where the problem is?? He fastens the DRIVERS SIDE seat belt and says "see the problem is fixed". I open the back and fasten the middle seat belt. And say see the sensor? It went off. I go to the passenger side. Plug the seatbelt in. See the sensor? It went off. So then I plug in the drivers side rear seatbelt(THE PROBLEM I TOLD THEM WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT). See the sensor DOESN"T GO OFF. And because he looked like an IDIOT and I told him he was an IDIOT WHO DOESN'T LISTEN. He said I could take my car back to the original dealer he's NOT GOING TO WORK ON IT..... If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would. This place is a JOKE. AVOID AT ALL COST. UPDATE: Tony Valencia, the ACTUAL service Manager, ended up calling me that day. After explaining what had happened and what was going on with my car. He ordered the part to have on hand and said that I would be dealing with him. Went back in and met with Shelby, Service Director, and chatted with him and the lead technician(mechanic). After some explaining and showing what was going on. We had a better plan. They fixed the car. Changed the part out just in case. Turned out it was a faulty grounding problem. Cory Nielsen came over and introduced himself and asked to meet with me. We chatted for a bit and between Cory, Shelby, and Tony. (I don't know the technicians name). Is why I am changing from 1 star to 5 stars. Also, its kind of weird of the message "from the owner" wishing me the best moving forward. But probably an automated thing.
