Every other oil change, I have to replace a stud on one of my wheels. I’ve had to replace locks because they’re Stripping them during service. And they stopped washing cars even when the sign says it will come out cleaner.
Francisco made it so I didn’t have any problems. He kept me updated throughout the process and I appreciate his genuine attitude.
