Recently bought a Nissan from another dealership that wasn’t Nissan. There were some issues with the car. Brought it in but service advisor didn’t really explain the process to me. I thought my “repair” was covered through warranty. However, the service manager Tony explained everything thoroughly & helped with the cost. Would’ve gave the experience 2-3 stars but the 4 stars is for Tony. Thank you!

Robert in service help me with a recall on my 2000 Nissan Xterra. He helped me walk thru contacting Nissan to get the recall set up, then he called me to make an appointment to come in. He knew I was going to wait for it at the dealership and took my vehicle right in and got it working on. He was very friendly and helpful.
