Had taken my car in for service. It was done in a timely manner. However, on my way home I got a flat. Thinking something was done by service department, I returned back to service. They immediately took my vehicle and fixed a flat which had 2 nail. They didn't charge a penny. I was sad I had a flat but very happy that I didn't have to pay for repair. I purchased a new vehicle on 8/3/26 from Avondale Nissan and was a very satisfactory transaction. Working with Omar starting the initial conversation, to negotiating the purchase and trade, the experience very satisfying as I believe was a win/win for both parties. I came in for an oil change and your technician noticed that the previous dealership that replaced my struts didn't tighten things down correctly on one side and forgot a bolt on the other side. This could have been very dangerous had anything came off while driving down the freeway. I am greatful for there through expectation when rotating my tires

I can't not begin to explain the gratitude I have for this place. I had some work done to my car at another shop. They royally messed up vehicle. I took it to another shop and I wasn't having any better luck. My car has been down pretty much since 05/01/26. I have been belittled, spent massive amounts of money and I really didn't know what else I could do. Jason from the parts dept saw that I kept coming in for parts because the previous mechanic stated I needed those parts to fix my car. He didn't have to be empathetic at all but he was. He asked me what was going on with my car. He got a team to come together within minutes to help me. I was then introduced to Mike & Jordan. I wasn't belittled or treated less than by any of them. Not once did I feel like my voice wasn't being heard and they never acted like I was crazy. They fixed my car in 1 day and didn't try to rob me of more money. They walked me through every step of the process. I will forever be grateful and I will never go anywhere else again. They absolutely went above and beyond especially when they didn't have to. I would just like to thank you all for everything! 🙏

Its a nice place. But we are still having issues. Our car is going back for a third time for the same issue.

I went in just to take a look at what’s out there (I had a 2019 Nissan Altima SL) and left with a beautiful brand new 2026 Nissan Sentra SL. Desirae was super friendly and kept me and my uncle hydrated during our visit. They really made the process easy and not a stressful thing… I’m actually still in shock every time I hop in my new ride! Go check them out! Desirae and the staff there will get you together! I’ve been fortunate that my car hasn’t needed many additional services over the past several years, but in the last few months I’ve had some repairs come up. Michelle G. has been a huge help in navigating those services. She is upfront, empathetic, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the care and professionalism from this service department.

Hands down this Nissan Dealership was the easy to work with, from salesman Melby to finance manager Jay, they worked hard for us.
