The following document details the terns and conditions of AVONDALE NISSAN Preferred Owners Reward Program.
AVONDALE NISSAN Preferred Owner Program members will receive incentive points to be used towards service repair and or maintenance work performed at AVONDALE NISSAN SERVICE DEPARTMENT only. These points are not valid for over the counter parts or accessories. Services/maintenance must be performed by the service department of AVONDALE NISSAN and charged on a valid AVONDALE NISSAN REPAIR ORDER . We are a full-service maintenance and repair center. As an authorized, NISSAN Dealer our customers are assured of the availability of Genuine NISSAN Parts for all vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
All earned award points can be used only for retail services/maintenance at AVONDALE NISSAN ONLY.
1. Incentive points cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Any items purchased through the Preferred Owners Program cannot be returned for cash. All returned items
value will be applied to the Preferred Card. No exception.
3. Award points will expire within 24 months.
4. Award points can not be used in conjunction with other specials and coupons.
5. Your Preferred Card can be used for any vehicle in your household.
6. Award points can only be earned on cash purchases. You can not accrue points on warranty, insurance or
extended warranty purchases.
1. When you first enroll in the Program, the Preferred Owner will receive a AVONDALE NISSAN Rewards
Card. The card is to be used for each eligible transaction.
2. Incentive Points can be earned in the following manners:
a. Vehicle purchase, New or Preowned Nissan vehicles (wholesale excluded) earns minimum
of a $250.00 dollar discount toward a future vehicle purchase.
(CARD MUST BE PRESENTED PRIOR TO SALE OF THE VEHICLE).
b. Each service event (parts and labor) earns 5% of total dollars spent (less tax)
towards a future service.
The Program is available to all AVONDALE NISSAN customers who are over the age of 18.
AVONDALE NISSAN employees are not eligible to participate in the Program.
AVONDALE NISSAN PREFERRED OWNER PROGRAM
Participation in the Program constitutes each Preferred Owner’s full and unconditional agreement to these
Terms and Conditions.
The personal information that is collected from each customer in connection with the Program will be used in accordance with
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AVONDALE NISSAN may modify any of the terms and conditions governing the Program- including, but not limited to, the methods through which incentive points can be earned, how the Program can be used, the value of the earned points, at any time, without notice, even though these changes may affect the Reward Owner’s ability to use the points that have already been earned.
The Program has no pre-determined termination date and may continue until such time that AVONDALE NISSAN may terminate the program at any time, with no notice given.
Accrued Preferred Owner Reward Points do not constitute property of a Reward Owner and have no value outside of the program. Program Owner dollars are credits that AVONDALE NISSAN may revoke at any time as set forth herein. Reward points may not be exchanged for cash, assigned, bartered or transferred except as matter or otherwise by operation of law.
Each Program Member is responsible for ensuring that the information in his/her account is accurate and kept current.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of ARIZONA, US; as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within ARIZONA by ARIZONA residents. These Terms and Conditions and any documents it incorporates set forth the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Abuse of the Preferred Owner Program (including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of awards and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct, as determined by Dealer in it’s sole judgment, any untoward or harassing behavior with reference to any Dealer employee or any refusal to honor Dealer employee’s instructions) may result in cancellation of the member’s account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued. Dealer reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorney’s fees and court costs.
Limitation of Liability governs that each Program member accepts all responsibility for and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless AVONDALE NISSAN, and each of their related companies (NISSAN) and respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents and successors and assigns the Released Parties from and against any claims that may arise from actions taken by such Member or for any unauthorized access to Preferred Owner’s account from a third party. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall the Released Parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the program. By participating in the Program, a Rewards Member waives any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in force.
We will make our best efforts that posted prices are always accurate however, we are not responsible for any typographical or other errors that may appear on the site. If the posted price for a vehicle or service is incorrect due to a typographical or other error, such as data transmission, etc., this Dealership or Pixel Motion, Inc. are only responsible for the correct price, which will be provided as soon as we are made aware of such error(s). Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information is 100% accurate with the Dealer.

Please note that the actual vehicle may slightly differ from its specifications and/or images. The Dealership is not responsible for any typographical, pricing, product specifications, advertising or shipping errors. Advertised prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
In the event a vehicle is posted at an incorrect price due to these errors, or if an error in pricing was received from our suppliers, the Dealership reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel these orders.
