 It was our pleasure meeting you today and we wanted to put in writing how pleased we were with the service at your facility as well as your performance as service consultant on both of our vehicles.

As you know I purchased my 2009 Altima from Eddie Santos last April when he was at Peoria Nissan and my husband purchased his 2009 Rogue from Eddie a few months ago at Avondale.  We love Eddie, and we’re so glad he introduced us to Avondale!

I wanted to let you know how very impressed and delighted I am with your team. Lucy and Tony in your service department were both so professional and helpful, words cannot explain the feeling I had after my service was completed. I had a problem with my car that caused me great heartache and stress, and I can’t begin to tell you how very worried I was. With the caring and customer service that was shown to me as well as the accommodating nature of those two individuals and their willingness to help (even outside the hours of their regular schedule) I immediately felt better about my situation. They assured me that Avondale Nissan was the very best in the business and that all of my concerns would be addressed. Not only did they live up to my expectations but they exceeded them in every sense. I cannot say enough about how I feel about the service and support that was offered to me. I cannot explain how very much I appreciate all that was done for me. I know that it seems trivial but you must know that my vehicle is very important to me  because it is a way for me to visit with my children all the way in queen creek, a way for me to get to work, and pretty much the most important possession I have. Both Lucy and Tony treated me as though I was the only customer they had (I am sure they have many more) , and they do set the example for customer service and support.

In closing, Both Lucy and Tony are very good at what they do and I wish that I could express how deeply thankful I am for everything. Happy holidays to you and your family both at home and at Avondale Nissan. You have blessed me more than you will ever know!

I want to thank MrDoug Pigati for his excelent service when I stopped by your shop because the service engine light came on in my truck while in Puerto Penasco Mexico, we had intended to travel down to San Carlos another five hours south, but because of the
worrisome light we abandoned our trip and headed for the nearest Nissan dealer in Avondale AZ. Mr Pigati  was just great, and the mechanic, I think it was Dave, worked through his lunch break to get us back on the road to California, many cudos to both of them, They might be interested to know that we arrived home in Mill valley, just north of San Francisco at one minuet past mid-night, that was eighteen hours on the road from Puerto Penasco with just a two hour detour to your shop.Many Many Thanks for all your help.

We went in to check out a Cube while our car was being serviced at a nearby dealer prior to being sold.  Trudy,  was pretty good at assisting us, was way up to speed on the product line ,most of the car sales people we've dealt with know crap about cars let along the cars they are selling, and she came up with a decent alternative suggestion for an alternate vehicle. All in all one of the better car shopping trips we've had.

The provisional figures matched exactly what I was looking for without anything sneaking its way in but really it's hard to tell how they are going to treat you once you start the purchase
