I had the privilege of having Daniel Romero be my service advisor and would like to say that the company should be ecstatic to have this gentleman be a face of Avondale Nissan. From when I called in that morning to check availability to having my service completed same day, Daniel I feel went the extra mile that a lot of places have stopped doing or have never done before and I know that not enough people receive the acknowledgement for an awesome experience. All in all I would just like to say thank you to Daniel for his service and I will be returning back for future appointments and I look forward to those as well.

I recently had a full service done on my GTR at Avondale Nissan in Arizona by Joe the GTR tech. I HIGHLY recommend Joe. I scheduled an appointment at 9 am, the service adviser Robert Chandra and Joe came out to meet me. While I was still filling out paperwork Joe already had taken the car back to get started. I did my Performance optimization service, Oil and filter change, cabin filter, alignment, transmission fluid, front and rear differential fluid, and brake fluid, plus inspections/etc. They also gave me a rental car. I thought it would take two days but by 5 o'clock they had called me and notified me that the work was done! I know Avondale is a bit far for most GTR owners in the valley but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Joe was excellent at answering all my questions and I found him to be knowledgeable, experienced, and a car enthusiast like myself.
Unlike what the other reviewer said the dealership smelled fine to me and nobody yelled at me for touching the GTR in the show room.

I came here after Peoria Nissan gave me the run around. The service department was excellent and Doug was very helpful! I'm never going to Peoria Nissan again, from now on only Avondale Nissan will get my business.

I bought my Altima in November 2010, the sales person Mr Gortarez was very professional and his knowledge on the Altima was amazing he walked me through the details of purchasing the auto, when I test drove the Altima it was great. I did buy the Altima my experience with Avondale Nissan is great, from Management Kara, was great she helped me with my financial needs, Sales person Robert, helped me pick out the auto that would fit my needs and budget, the Finance person Scott also so nice and also able to help me in my financial needs, he took the time to explained all of the financial process, I have taken my Altima in for it's maintenance since I have purchased it and Blaine in the service department always makes my appointments easy and I have never had to wait for service at the dealership, when needed I use the Shuttle to go home while my auto is being worked on. The dealership is always very clean. As long as I have been going to Avondale Nissan I always have had a great experience with all the employees, they seam like family, any time I go to the dealership, I am treated with respect, and everyone of the employees seam like they really love the work they do. I just want to thank you all for such a great experience I had and will continue to have since, I purchased my Altima, I also purchased a 2011 Versa, I would recommend all my friends and family to purchase a vehicle from Avondale Nissan. Thank You all for you are the best of the best.

I recently traded my Granddaughter's leased Mazda in on a new Nissan Altima. I was pleased with the gentleman that helped us, Jasin Loop (Fleet and internet Manager) and called the owner Michael Little to let him know.
A very difficult problem was imposed on us by Mazda a few days into ownership. This put Avondale Nissan and I in a very difficult position. The sales manager Kara J Brinley stepped up and She and Michael actually worked with me to find the best solution to an undesirable situation thrust upon us by Mazda.
I recommend you contact any of the above personnel if you want a fair deal, and folks that are still your dealership after the day you drive the car off the lot. They are like any business and need to make money, however they actually have convinced me they care about me and my customer satisfaction. Our solution cost both of us a little money, but none of us our integrity.
I don't usually bother with surveys and sites like this, but I genuinely feel like these folks unusually good people to do business with

I just bought a 2011 Versa (which i named Vinny) from this dealership and their service has been amazing. From the moment i walked in I was greeted by the friendliest staff. Garrick Brunson was a great salesman he found me the perfect deal that went within my budget. He even calls to check up on how Vinny is doing. I would highly recommend this company!

As a first time buyer i was very pleased with my purchase as well as the help and service i received. I purchased a Altima and I love it! Big thanks to Bruno who was very helpful, he explained everything to me from top to bottom. There was absolutely no pressure like any other salesmen out there. The process was quick and easy, in and out. Best experience ever! :)

If you are anything like me you are wary about car salesmen and don't enjoy the process of buying a new car. I have to say I started to think differently about it since I bought my new Altima from Avondale Nissan. A friend recommended the place and I am paying it forward. The service was impeccable, no pressure, no games, everything was explained straight forward.
Special thanks to Felix, the Sales Manager for helping me get the car I wanted without spending more than I afford.

Professional sales people and managers offering a great deal was a pleasant surprise.I would recommend them and Avondale Nissan !!!
We went with low expectations when it came to getting into a loan. Tracy listened to us and went above and beyond to help us. My car was 2 miles from falling apart and I was able to get into a brand new Nissan Cube!! It is by far the best thing ever! She sold me on the safety, reliability, and the Nissan warranty since her service was amazing. The dealership was clean and everyone seemed to be in great moods which helps when you are going in to make a hard decision.

I wanted to let you know how very impressed and delighted I am with your team. Lucy and Tony in your service department were both so professional and helpful, words cannot explain the feeling I had after my service was completed. I had a problem with my car that caused me great heartache and stress, and I can’t begin to tell you how very worried I was. With the caring and customer service that was shown to me as well as the accommodating nature of those two individuals and their willingness to help (even outside the hours of their regular schedule) I immediately felt better about my situation. They assured me that Avondale Nissan was the very best in the business and that all of my concerns would be addressed. Not only did they live up to my expectations but they exceeded them in every sense. I cannot say enough about how I feel about the service and support that was offered to me. I cannot explain how very much I appreciate all that was done for me. I know that it seems trivial but you must know that my vehicle is very important to me because it is a way for me to visit with my children all the way in queen creek, a way for me to get to work, and pretty much the most important possession I have. Both Lucy and Tony treated me as though I was the only customer they had (I am sure they have many more) , and they do set the example for customer service and support.

I want to thank MrDoug Pigati for his excelent service when I stopped by your shop because the service engine light came on in my truck while in Puerto Penasco Mexico, we had intended to travel down to San Carlos another five hours south, but because of the
worrisome light we abandoned our trip and headed for the nearest Nissan dealer in Avondale AZ. Mr Pigati was just great, and the mechanic, I think it was Dave, worked through his lunch break to get us back on the road to California, many cudos to both of them, They might be interested to know that we arrived home in Mill valley, just north of San Francisco at one minuet past mid-night, that was eighteen hours on the road from Puerto Penasco with just a two hour detour to your shop.Many Many Thanks for all your help.
